High-throughput RFID intelligence for supply chain movement
Key Features
Conveyor-based bulk RFID scanning
Reads cartons, totes, boxes, trays, and handling units as they move through a controlled tunnel environment.
Controlled RF processing zone
Creates a defined reading environment that helps reduce unwanted reads and improve movement-level scanning reliability.
Inbound and outbound validation
Validates incoming and outgoing goods against expected ASN, HU, dispatch, receiving, or transfer records.
High-throughput processing
Supports scanning of up to 200–300 handling units per hour for demanding warehouse and distribution workflows.
Acceptance and rejection logic
Supports workflows where scanned units are accepted, rejected, flagged, or routed based on configured rules.
Built for supply chain workflows
Designed for factory dispatch, distribution centre inward, warehouse outward, carton verification, tote processing, and handling-unit validation.
How it works
Items, cartons, totes, trays, or handling units are tagged and linked to SKU, EAN, EPC, ASN, HU, shipment, batch, or order data.
Tagged units are placed on the conveyor and pass through the controlled RFID Tunnel environment.
BX-TN reads RFID-tagged objects in bulk as they pass through the Tunnel.
Captured data flows into GarudaVigil™ and is validated against shipment, inbound, outbound, ASN, HU, ERP, or WMS records.
Mismatch, shortage, excess, wrong item, unencoded tag, duplicate item, or unexpected movement can be flagged for action.
Validated scan data can be synchronized with ERP, WMS, inventory, dispatch, receiving, and reporting workflows.
Each physical movement through BX-TN becomes a digital event for supply chain traceability and live operational visibility.
