She has successfully led both specialist and generalist HR teams, partnering closely with business leaders and managing plant HR operations in fast-paced environments.
Her core expertise spans HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Training & Development, Performance Management, Organizational Development and Statutory compliance. She has a proven track record of driving business excellence through strategic HR interventions and collaborative projects.
Manisha’s strength lies in aligning HR strategies with business goals, diagnosing complex people-related challenges, and delivering practical, sustainable solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
She is deeply passionate about people development and works across all levels to build capability and future-ready leadership. She is particularly interested in fostering inclusive and purpose-driven leadership cultures.
