As Chairperson of i-TEK RFID, Avantika Ashim Patil guides the company’s strategic direction, governance and growth. Her background is in Fire and Safety Engineering. Her career has been built across multinational environments in the UAE, giving her a deep grounding in risk assessment, regulatory compliance, operational discipline and structured decision-making.
Under her leadership, i-TEK has become one of India’s leading RFID and IoT solution providers. Deployments span retail, logistics, manufacturing, FASTag tolling and RFID E-Seal solutions. She has also been central to strengthening the company’s foundation, including the strategic investment from Tech Mahindra.
Her leadership brings together business acumen, responsible innovation and social purpose. Through the Ashim Avantika Foundation, she supports long-term work in education, sports, healthcare and skill development for underprivileged communities. The belief behind it is simple. Sustainable growth should serve society too, not just the business behind it.
