Work Experience
As COO of i-TEK RFID, Srinivas Nidugondi, known widely as Srini, brings two and a half decades of experience across fintech, martech, digital banking, GovTech and enterprise technology. He has led growth and business transformation at the scale that comes with running large P&Ls. At i-TEK, his focus is the company’s next chapter: revenue expansion, new international markets, product and platform diversification, stronger partnerships and a culture built on bold thinking and disciplined execution.
Before i-TEK, Srini led the fintech and martech businesses at Comviva, part of the Mahindra Group, scaling global products that processed over USD 400 billion in throughput and served more than 250 million users across 50+ countries. He has also been part of India’s digital banking story from its early days, including the launch of imobile, the co-creation of IMPS, and contributions to national smart card standards and large-scale GovTech identity programmes.
In 2019, Srini was invited to speak at the United Nations General Assembly on the “Digital Future of Development.” His leadership is rooted in fresh thinking, considered risk-taking, talent development and sustainable growth. Outside work, he is an avid reader with a deep interest in history, world politics, behavioural economics, public policy and emerging technologies.
