Turn product interaction into an intelligent retail experience
Key Features
Controlled RFID tag encoding
Enables RFID tag writing in a defined proximity environment, helping ensure the right tag is encoded with the right product identity.
EPC and user memory programming
Supports EPC and user memory programming for item-level identity creation and RFID serialization workflows.
Barcode integration
Links barcode data with EPC memory where existing product identity needs to connect with RFID-enabled traceability.
Stand-alone and connected operation
Supports stand-alone offline mode and cloud-connected online mode, depending on deployment, connectivity, and operational needs.
Success and failure feedback
Visual and acoustic feedback helps operators confirm whether tag encoding has succeeded or failed.
Compatible with hard and soft tags
Supports different RFID tag formats for varied item-level and asset-level tagging workflows.
How it works
Product identity, barcode, SKU, EPC logic, or serialization data is prepared for encoding.
The operator places the RFID tag, label, or tagged item within the controlled proximity zone of PX-EC.
PX-EC writes the required data into the RFID tag, including EPC or user memory as per the configured workflow.
The operator receives success or failure feedback, so the ECoded tag can be accepted, corrected, or rejected.
When connected, GarudaVigil™ records the encoding event for validation, auditability, workflow control, and integration.
Encoded tag data can support inventory, inward, outward, dispatch, returns, traceability, store operations, or supply chain visibility.
Business Benefits
